Dr. Ann Lyn Hall | CEO | annlyn (at) prosperityworks.net
Ann Lyn is responsible for the strategic leadership of Prosperity Works programs and initiatives. She supports our statewide advocacy network to build capacity in organizations and advocates for policies that generate economic prosperity. She developed a holistic, student support model at a local community college to support first generation students and student parents to achieve their academic and career goals. She is a national leader in financial coaching, asset building, and helping adults improve access for educational, employment, and financial outcomes. She has educated professionals regarding financial coaching, using data for program improvement, the impact of poverty on education, college student resiliency factors, and asset development.

Ona Porter | Founder Emerita & Clean Energy Leader | ona (at) prosperityworks.net
Ona develops and tests high impact strategies that build the opportunities, knowledge and relationships required for all New Mexicans to achieve economic security and prosperity. Known for her powerful, no-nonsense approach to problem solving and strategy development in business, education, health and human services. Her tenacity to empower individuals and organizations to name and create the environments that lead to success may be measured by her oft stated remark, “Don’t tell me NO, tell me How!” She believes that, “working for what we do want instead of against what we don’t want,” allows individuals of diverse talents and perspectives to create and invest in high impact goals that change their lives.
Fun fact: Ona is an avid biker and can be found riding her bike in our community!

Monica Cordova | New Mexico Assets Consortium Director | monica (at) prosperityworks.net
Monica is the Director of the New Mexico Assets Consortium at Prosperity Works. She is responsible for the management of 23 state-wide sub-grantees establishing policies and procedures for our asset building strategies throughout the state. Cordova joined the Prosperity Works team in 2009 as the Family Development Specialist managing the Elev8 program in several of Albuquerque’s promising schools. Her previous experience in Family Development and her ability to speak Spanish allows her to work in many community organizations in New Mexico. She has a Family Development Specialist certification.
Fun fact: Monica believes in the saying 'if you love what you do, you won't work a day in your life." She does not work, she just loves what she does.

Ann-Mary MacLeod| Director of Development| annmary (at) prosperityworks.net
Ann-Mary is responsible for increasing individual philanthropic support for Prosperity Works. She comes to us from the University of New Mexico Foundation. From 2019 – 2022, she was with the Director of Development for the College of Nursing, and prior to that at Project ECHO (2018 – 2019). She has a long and varied career being first introduced to development as a volunteer at her daughter's preschool. Her expertise grew through opportunities across the country, including at Washington University in St. Louis and Family Promise in Reno. After returning to New Mexico in 2008, she managed the Development Office at UNM Valencia and then moved to the UNM Foundation to work in Corporate and Foundation Relations.
Fun fact: Ann-Mary loves all things food. She began cooking one meal a week for her family when she was in 4th grade and has loved being in the kitchen ever since!

Aracely V. Serrano | Office Manager | aracely (at) prosperityworks.net
Aracely is responsible for keeping PW’s office running smoothly—managing our bookkeeping, coordinating financial reconciliation processes with our accounting partners, managing office inventory and select communications systems, assisting staff with special projects, and liaising with the Board as necessary for coordinating strategic meetings.
Aracely attended Nashua Community College in New Hampshire where she majored in Paralegal studies.
Fun fact: Aracely loves plants but doesn’t have a green thumb!
